2. Website purpose

Chatbots That Close provides information about chatbot strategy, implementation services, and related offers. The website is intended to help visitors learn about the service, book strategy sessions, and access related resources or external tools.

Content on this site is provided for general information and commercial discussion purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

3. Bookings and enquiries

When you submit a booking request or enquiry through this site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• The strategy session is free, runs for thirty minutes, and is not a sales pitch. If the done-for-you route isn't a fit, we'll say so and suggest a better path. You can reschedule or cancel at any time by replying to the confirmation email.
• A submitted booking request may be subject to availability, confirmation, rescheduling, or cancellation by us — if a time becomes unworkable on our side we'll offer an alternative slot.
• A booked strategy session does not, by itself, create an ongoing service contract beyond that session.
• Any future implementation work, deliverables, fees, or timelines would be governed by a separate agreement if both sides decide to proceed.

4. Permitted use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its infrastructure, or other users.

• Do not misuse forms, submit false or misleading information, or attempt to automate abusive traffic.
• Do not probe, test, or attempt to bypass security or availability controls without written permission.
• Do not use site content or branding in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or ownership where none exists.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this site, including copy, design elements, branding, layout, graphics, and site-specific materials, is owned by or licensed to Chatbots That Close and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the site for your own internal evaluation and business consideration, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or redistribute substantial parts of the site for commercial use without permission.

5a. Ownership of delivered work

If a separate implementation agreement is signed and a chatbot is built for you, you own the conversation design, knowledge base, and the deployed assistant at handover. It runs on our platform, vocui.com, which is how we keep it fast and low-maintenance, and you can export or migrate to another platform at any time. These website terms do not override that.

6. Third-party services and links

This site may link to or rely on third-party services, including booking infrastructure and external websites. Those services are not controlled by Chatbots That Close, and their availability, policies, content, and performance are outside our direct control.

Accessing third-party services through links on this site is at your own discretion, and those services may have their own terms, policies, and fees.

7. No guarantees

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current and the booking flow functional, but we don't guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
