Main data used
Booking details, scheduling selections, session-level attribution data, limited technical request data, and direct email content.
This policy covers information collected through the Chatbots That Close website, including the booking flow at /book, the homepage chatbot assistant, and direct contact by email through links on the site.
It does not govern third-party websites or services that you may visit after leaving this site, including external tools or providers linked from this website. Those services operate under their own policies and terms.
The information collected depends on how you use the site.
The homepage assistant currently uses preset choices and links. It does not provide a free-form text field that sends typed chat messages to us through the site.
We do not collect payment card information through this website.
The booking form sends your appointment details to our booking endpoint, which creates the appointment in Easy!Appointments (the scheduling system that holds the customer record, the time slot, and the notes you submit — including qualification answers and attribution data).
The named processors this site relies on:
If you click through to external destinations, such as linked tools or other websites, your interactions there are governed by the privacy practices of those services rather than this policy.
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to run the booking process, prepare for or deliver services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
Reasonable steps should be taken to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. If you are concerned about sensitive information, please avoid sending unnecessary confidential material through web forms.
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted through this site, subject to any records we need to retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to receive a portable copy of your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We process booking data on the basis of performing the service you've requested; attribution and security data on the basis of legitimate interest; and transactional email on the basis of providing the booked service.
To make a request, email [email protected] and include enough detail for us to identify the relevant booking or enquiry. We aim to respond within 30 days.
This policy may be updated from time to time as the site, booking process, or service providers change. When that happens, the date at the top of this page should be updated so visitors can see when the policy was last revised.
