Is this a sales call?
No. It’s a 30-minute strategy session to map where your leads are leaking and what the chatbot should do. If the done-for-you route is a fit, we’ll say so. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you that too.
What does it cost?
The call is free. If we recommend a done-for-you build afterwards, we’ll quote that then, based on what’s actually right for your business.
What if I haven’t decided anything yet?
That’s the point of the call. We often spend the first 10 minutes just clarifying the real problem. Come with questions, leave with clarity.
What if my business is too small or too early?
We’ll be upfront. If the call makes clear you’re better off with the book and templates for now, we’ll say that. No time wasted on either side.
Do we own the chatbot after launch?
Yes. You own the chatbot, the conversation design, and the knowledge base. It runs on our platform (vocui.com) so we can keep it fast and low-maintenance, and you can export or migrate at any time.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Reply to the calendar invite and we’ll shift it to a better time.
What if we’re not the right fit for done-for-you?
We’ll say so on the call. You’ll still leave with a clearer view of what your chatbot should do and the best path from here — the book’s framework, or a smaller scope if that’s the right move.
